Memory Archive Terms

Your memory

Please submit only a memory you are comfortable leaving with LOTS and avoid sharing sensitive information about other people. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

Publication is optional

Submitting a memory does not guarantee that it will appear publicly. LOTS may choose which permissioned memories are suitable for the public archive and may decline or remove content that is identifying, inappropriate, unsafe, duplicative or otherwise unsuitable.

Public sharing

If you generate and share a LOTS Memory Card through your device or social platform, that sharing is initiated by you and is subject to the platform's own terms and privacy settings.

Separate permission for campaigns

If LOTS wants to develop a submitted story into a film, advertisement, campaign or other expanded creative work, LOTS will seek separate explicit permission first.
